1. Our SMS Call program aims to simplify the transmission of relevant information and onboarding documents during a call regarding products, services or support, including but not limited to: appointment booking, additional information about a product or service, call summary and/or callback information in case a call gets disconnected, follow up to ensure satisfaction with a call or service, contact information for a specific person or department, detailed support instructions, or a hyperlink to one or more documents or information sets as requested by a caller.
2. You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just reply "STOP" to the short code or phone number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time and we will start sending SMS messages to you again.

5. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive fewer than three (3) messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
